	Jerry Mason Jerry is one of the original partners in Westland Apartment Brokers. For 36 years he has brokered, managed, invested in, and developed multi-family properties. Jerry graduated from OSU with a B.S. in Business management, is a licensed broker in Oregon and Washington, and was the past president on Metro Multi-family Housing Association.
	Brad Meyer Brad is a 2nd generation apartment broker with 23 years experience as an owner operator. Prior to Westland Brad ran a real estate services team at CB Richard Ellis (NYSE: CBRE) providing institutional quality acquisition, disposition and development consulting services to private mid-market investors. Westland's deep hands-on understanding of apartment management combined with Brad's understanding of brokerage and real estate economics creates a powerful team prepared to add value every step along your path to creating wealth in real estate.
	Barry DeSemple Barry has been a real estate broker in Oregon and Washington since 1996. Mr. DeSemple focuses on T-I-C syndication and emerging local sub-markets. His clients depend on his perspective as an experienced owner and investor, particularly when acquiring or preparing to market a property. Mr. DeSemple currently serves as Chair of the Rockwood Urban Renewal Citizens Committee, where he advocates in the interests of local multifamily owners
	Erik Mattson Erik is a recent addition to the Westland team, and a recent graduate from BYU-Idaho with a B.S. in Business management. He is an experienced investor in single family rentals and is making the transition to multi-family investments. Erik brings a business focus to the investment team with an emphasis on long term sustainable growth.
